Ordering Online from The Sewing Machine Guy

​All orders received before 12 pm will be processed the same working day.  Usually, we try to process all orders on the same day as order, but later orders may be processed the following working day. 

Delivery Information

We offer a flat shipping rate of £3.99, via Royal Mail 2nd class and is tracked and signed for. Items are expected to reach you in 3-5 days.

We also offer a faster option of £4.99, also with Royal Mail with tracked and signed for delivery, aiming to reach you in 1-2 days.

Orders over £50 will be posted with free delivery, *

*Excludes sewing machines and overlockers

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you have any issues, please get in touch so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.  Any refund or replacement will be issued on receipt of the original item.

Please note, however, that we do not offer refunds on fabrics cut to order.
